My BK7, just checking if everything looks ok

We plan on filling first of Sept once our income drops enough. So far here are the projected numbers. I wanted to runt them by everyone and see if everything adds up and if there is something I am missing.

I am using http://www.legalconsumer.com/ as my BK7 calculator for my area. I have used all of the default values and only added in my car lease loan, my health insurance, my life insurance everything else is default values for my family size. Also I did add in a court payment I am obligated to pay through a criminal case which is $300 a month. I am assuming they will allow me to include this in my expenses. I know I cant discharged the debt, but the payments end Dec 2010 anyway so no biggie.

Right now with my projected income in Sept I will be $1.4k under the median income and will be negative $660 in income verses expenses. We do plan to discharge about 150k in debt most being credit cards.

We let our house foreclose in March and have been living in an Apt since. We let one car get repoed and have one car a lease and plan to keep it. It is negative value with 18 months left on the lease. But the lease payments are reasonable.

We hope to have a smooth BK7 which discharges fast. Just wanted to run my numbers by everyone and see if it looks pretty clean BK7 to everyone.

I am getting an attorney, I interviewed a few a while back and pretty sure I know the one I am going with.

As for my expenses I just took all of the defaults and added in only the things I was 100% certain I could count to be safe.

Good. I don't see any problems with your numbers and it sounds like you have everything in order.

        Good Luck!
