Need copy of tax return ck from IRS, easy?

U.S. treasury checks do not have stubs, although I did receive a letter from the IRS prior to receiving the refund check, does anyone know if this will be enough or if I need add'l documentation? If I do need a copy of the actual check, how do I go about getting it?

Here is a copy of the direct link to the IRS web site, for check information. I think it will be best if you just contact them by phone. So there won't be a huge delay. http://www.irs.gov/individuals/artic...=96596,00.html

I faxed a request for transcripts in, received them very fast. I requested the past 5 years. All came in 5 separate envelopes. Calling maybe be faster, I have no idea about that though.

Calling for Transcripts is the fastest. It's automated too... if you're sending them to the address on your last return.
