Thanks for sharing that. I gave 6 months of bank statements to our attorney with the past 3 years of tax returns. They have everything on me that there is to know. 100% of the income I make is reported. I never get paid in cash. So they see everything in black and white.
So as long as I have hired an attorney, he should show up for the 341 meeting and not me, right? Or is this the meeting where I show up once and the judge asks me the 4 questions and then the attorney takes over from there?
I remember him telling me that I have to show up just one time. So I am wondering if this is that one time where I need to show?
Will Best Buy come and want the TV we bought in 2006? Or will HSBC come and say to give back the BowFlex? They can have it! We have no room to store it.
