of foreclosure (which I expected sometime so I wasn't that upset) then I get home and a small area of my garage ceiling caved in because of the massive amount of rain we've been getting- even better right? I didn't even know my roof had a leak. Then Chase decides to use my cell phone as their main number to contact even though I have contacted them not to use that number. Did I mention I love this whole process?

did you tell chase in writing not to use that number? do you have a record of the letter and when they received it (i.e. certified mail)? if so, you can send them a demand letter based on the fair credit collection act. i think it's $1,000 per violation.filed ch7 May 09
