so I now have 2 lates on my CR with auto company (2months before file)
if they are included in BK is it wiped away?

also the months I have not paid CC... they are all included in BK
are the lates gone or is just the account in BK and late marks remain?

Unfortunately, the "lates" stay on your credit report...sorry. The best you can do is pay everything ON TIME after you are discharged and hopefully (in time) that will help.
