PROBLEM- wait or meet with Attorney?

ok, so on my petition I intend to keep house and 2nd mortgage and reaffirm my car

with more information NOW...I have changed my mind

this matters because on Schedule J - I will not have a mortgage or 2nd
    I was already -$1200 so I don't think losing the 2nd will matter($400payment)

But since they don't use the IRS standards on the Schedule J (so I have read) then how can I prove what my rent will "most likely be?" it will be what the standard is which is also my mortgage so my numbers should not be affected but? with no mortgage to count what will trustee include? $0?

Next- I have learned that my car although very low in miles is 15000over the current KBB and I don't want to reaffirm although I would like to look into redemption down to BKK value. This will take a large chunk off of the schedule J as well! SO will the trustee give me a certain amt to use toward a auto? knowing I need a vehicle? or $0?

if my auto payment and 2nd payment are removed I will still be -200 on schedule J -assuming I am allowed the IRS standard for future rent

QUESTION-- 341 is in a week ! do I call attorney about this all because she needs to do an amendment? or leave it for the 341 then work it out?

I did mention briefly the last time I was there about the mortgage and 2nd payment and not paying anymore and the attorney said oh..well .. isn't your rent in going to be about the same ? i said yes and that was that.. it wasn't changed on the petition .. unless she made notes when I left?

    I am worried that
A-I should meet with her before the 341 in case she needs to file an amendment
B-this will mess up schedule J and possible +dmi (little worry)
C - applying for redemption or letting attorney make offer with current company

Get some brochures from a few nice apartment communities to show what a decent place rents for in your area. Remember that "J" is a projection of your expenses.
