Help! car reaffirm paper came today

The reaffirm paper came today, I want to keep the van,but won't reaffirm
how do I know if the will repo it. I'm current on payments. I will call the lawyer on monday. I saw a nice car for 1800$ that would be a good replacement for it.

They won't repo until you get a discharge. If they repo now they have violated the stay. You can always say you are trying to decide whether to reaff or not.

I guess what want to is how to find out if they will let me do a ride though
on the loan. Keep paying and keep driving /o reaffirming.

I know that I had that option here according to the attorney.
The risk is that if you are one day late they can and will pick up the car according to him.

Did you ask for the papers or did they send them automatically?

I stated in my filing that I was not reaffirming but want to do a pay though.
They sent them automatically. I think I'm going to give them back the van.
Now I just want to keep it as long as possiable.
