        Yeah, that's correct. I ended up being closer to 20,000 over median by the time it was filed and everything was figured. After means test, I had DMI of roughly negative 850.00, sch J is negative by about 550.00, so it really isn't an issue (the gift that is.)

        We did give the money straight to the atty and she listed her payment as coming from my family, as a gift.
        07/31/2009 - Filed Chapter 7 Western District NC
        09/02/2009 - 341 Meeting - DONE!
        11/02/2009 - Final date for objections
        11/09/2009 - Discharged & Closed!!!
