New on Pacer today...Trustee's report of NO ASSET, recommending discharge!!! Gee, I never thought I'd be happy not having any ASSETS...but I am!!!!

While I was being a "Pacer-Nerd" all afternoon, I decided to look up people I know...hmmm...interesting stuff...
My neighbor who totally HATES me (long story) and plays the "victim role" was in there!!! Whoaaa, "Miss Judgemental" herself filed for BK in 2000!!! Next time she starts talking her crap...I'm going to tell her to enjoy all her "FREEBIE TOYS" she and her Husband got through Bankruptcy in 2000!!!
Nah, she's not worth it...I'll just ignore her like I always do...

Our means test shows -90 per month and our DMI on Schedule J is showing -285. Hoping we go smoothly also! Makes me nervous for sure!

i'd be careful sticking it to the neighbor - if you do, she would know about you too, and might try to publicize your bk. i'd keep the knowledge to myself no matter how tempting. and still, knowledge is power even if you don't use it explicitly.

i don't know anyone who filed, but then again i wasn't looking...

hi redhead, mine didn't (thank heavens). someone else said, though, that if you search for "in re LASTNAME" it might eventually come up. didn't in my case, at least not so far.

i think it depends on the district. also, some local newspapers publish a list of bk's every week. hopefully not too many people look at those listings; however some of these listings may be googleable.
