We filed a few weeks ago and are awaiting our 341 meeting, but in the meantie, I got an intent to levy from the IRS?? Fortunately they are using a bank account I closed a few months ago, but doesn't the automatic stay stop this?? Of course I will be contacting my atty, but this forum answers much quickly!!!!
