SERVICE OF NOTICES after 341 from recovery management systems corporation

this was a sears card, that somehow turned into a citi/sears card. there's around a $5,000 amount on it. i bought a tv for around 3,000 on it back in 07 that died and is long gone. i paid on it of course for a while, until i couldn't pay anymore.

an reason for concern here? anyone else deal with these guys?

this just means they want to be informed of the proceedings at this address in addition to the one on your creditor matrix. many posters here have had this happen with creditors and it is not a reason to be concerned.

Happen to me for an account paid in full

I found it weird, but received the same notice for a creditor whose account was paid in full, thus had a zero balance at the time of filing chapter 13.

I also got the same notice and thought it odd since my account with Sears has been closed for a long time and zero balance.

Yea, they were the only ones that actually properly reported the account status to the credit agencies as "included in bankruptcy chapter 7". The rest I had to go through and dispute after my discharge. One of them is even reporting new accounts and really ticking me off.

I got one too from them too for a Chevron card with a 0 balance that I haven't used in a good 2 years.
