I know Liz...I'm breaking it down into trying to say less and I think I may have it. He said not to talk alot only short yes and no's...listen to question. Did they ask you if anything had changed on your schedules or if they were correct???

I said the bare min. (as advised by my attorney). Yes, he asked "did you read everything in your petition and is it correct?" It wasn't....as I told yu yesterday, there were quite a few errors/typos in my petition (expense related), but I DECIDED not to make a big deal out of them unless the Trustee was trying to push me into a ch 13...

and instead of getting so worked up, remind yourself of your attorney's wise words: "don't ramble on." say that to yourself several times until you take this advice.

I got that random audit...and in that I had to send in papers that had the alimony at 1300.00 and the retirement at 447.00. I told my lawyer this and I think this is why he wants me to say something...but little as i can...short and sweet.He said it does not amount to much...probably don't matter....since he say... you have no money...the tt are looking for people with money.
