341 finished today in Orlando

Today finally arrived and all went well. The Trustee asked the required questions and since I filed individually (Pro Se) he wanted to know why my wife didn't also file. The denbt was all mine and I used Tenancy by Entirety
(11 USC 522 (b)(3)(B) to exempt everything. He had no more questions, the meeting is over and said good luck.

Regardless of how much I read about how the 341 usually goes, it is still a traumatic experience. Now working on the next 60 days.

It is located in the Tradswind Bldg., 135 W Central Av, downtown Orlando on the
6th floor. No security checks - just take the elevator.

thanks for the information. .. Guess my meeting will take place in about 2-4 months, does that sound right ? I just mailed back my packet that shows all that I'm including in my bk.. Just wish it was all said and done with !!

If you have already filed,the 341 will occur not later than the 40th day. I filed on 5/28 and the meeting was 7/1.

my 341 was on 7/1 in Orlando too. I was at 1:30 in room 610.

180 341 meetings that day and about 4 pro se filers.

unfortunately I think we are going to get a request for some money due to vehicle equity. otherwise not much and the trustee has already filed that the 341 meeting was held and concluded.
