Daycare / Childcare receipts.

Anyone been asked to provide these to prove this expense? If so, try and list where you filed, and how many receipts did the trustee ask for.

I don't have receipts but I pay my mom $625 a month to watch my two boys full time. If they want proof I'll just show them my tax returns since my mom claimed the child care as wages and I used the hours for the tax credit.

I pay 1800 for a nanny for my kids and they did not ask me for mine.

Interesting, as I will be filing a 13, I am guessing the 13 trustees treat it differently, but I could be wrong. Straight forward below median Ch.7's probably just slide right by without hesitation.
