Trustees final report before distribution has me confused...

It has listed a student loan with a balance of $14,000 and a proposed payment of $600. Why would a student loan be included, as I thought they were non dischargeable?

Also, we were supposed to turn in our stimulus payment when we received it. We never got it and the IRS said it had been mailed to our home address. Well, I procrasinate terribly and never followed up. On this notice we just received it lists the stimulus on the cash receipt and distributions. Is there any form I can look up on Pacer to see if it really has been received?

We filed pro se so there is not attorney to turn to. Thanks!

probably what happened is that the trustee intercepted your stimulus payment and the IRS sent it directly to the trustee, but when you called the irs to ask the person didn't know. if there is a receipt for it, isn't that enough proof that it was received by the trustee?

student loans are indeed nondischargeable. are you sure it's a student loan??
