Notice of eletronic filing

My Lawyer gave me a copy of this notice.It says type:BK Assets:n Does that mean I'm a no asset case??? At the bottem it says my case # xxxxxx Notice will be electronically mailed to my Lawyer on behalf of debter which is me. Does this mean my Lawyer will get the letter with the dates on it. He said not to worry about the letter and to be at the 341. Just wondering??????

Generally speaking, it means first, you're a no asset case. Second, it means that yur lawyer receives everything Electronically on your behalf.

So....I won't be getting a letter??? Or if the tt needs me he will notify my Lawyer first????

About the tt.....I have heard from no one yet.....like I may have said before my on my info sheet on BK my Lawyer gave me says to give the tt most recent tax rtns at least 7 days before hearing.Now how am I going to do that if no one lets me know what to do or where to send them????

As I posted earlier, you send those tax returns to your Attorney more than 7 days prior to your 341 Meeting. Everything that you do is between you and your Attorney. You are sheltered and no one communicates directly with you and you communicate directly with no one (creditor, Trustee, etc).
