My 341a is done. it went well
simply the trustee asked why i got so many credit cards. and just asked if i reviewed the petition.
well anyway good luck to anyone who has is waiting for the 341a

Now I have a question,
regarding the debtor education course/financial management course
I took the course and got my certificate but before i took the course, i already receive something from the court
NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO FILE STATEMENT OF COMPLETION OF COURSE IN PERSONAL MANAGEMENT (official form 23)
Now my question is if i have the certificate, do i still have to include the form B23 and signed it, or just the certificate?

Please let me know guys, before i go to work tomorrow, i want to have this send out.

Hi, I just had my 341 yesterday and I filled out that form BEFORE my 341 and gave it to the Trustee. Our letter stated that we had 45 days FROM THE 1st KNOWN DATE of the 341. Send it out along with the certificate.

I didnt get answer right away from here, perhaps people wasnt able to read it right away, so i went straight to the court and hand it to the clerk
