savings account question

I have about 3k in an ing savings account. If i take this money out and spend it. Then if I file in 91 days are they going to ask me about this money?

I probably but some money into my older car and general expenses.

nope. its your money, not credit. the only time you would ever have to worry is if you were completely audited and all your accounts were pulled from the last year. then the trustee might be a bit more picky. however, if you are using this cash for car and general expenses, they would have absolutely no case.
