Well i have secured a rental and move in August 1. I was just wondering this...our lawyer suggested we rent at 1000.00 per month. The rental we found is 850. per month which is 150.00 lower. I am hoping this will not be a problem. I know that they don't want to show too much disposable income, but that amount is based on hubby working, and he hasn't worked much in the last 2-3 months. I am sure I am probably over thinking this.....
Any thoughts? I can't wait for the day that I pay off the lawyer and am filed and get this behind me..........Still a ways to go
