Ugh! Im so done with this waiting!

Well some of you know I have allready filed ch 7 and am now past my 60 day objection timeframe. Well its been more like 75 days now and I just called the clerks office today and very politely inquired to the hold up. The lady was very nice but absolutely no help. She stated that she had no idea when the discharge would come through stating that the judges are very busy. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. I just want to move on with my life and start rebuilding my credit score. Anybody else in Idaho have any input on how long this will take?

While I can't speak for Idaho, I have heard that some taking up to 115 days by users of this forum.

Hmmm... thought it was the Gem State. My kids had to correct every elementary school teacher they ever had (in California) about that, and here you are perpetuating the myth. Hope your discharge comes through soon!!

just hang in there, novayalife. it will come. make plans on how you will celebrate when it does happen. maybe that will help you relax...

Calm down don't stress it is coming trust me. I went 88 days before I rec'd my discharged. A lot of people are filing BK, the courts are backed up. Its is coming, the hard part is over with.

Patience is something that I am not very good at. When I do something, I want immediate results...LOL....that sure didn't happen in our BK situation. Try not to stress out. The discharge will come and it's sooooo worth it!

Seems to me that the 60 days was for objections and I imagine you'd have heard about that right away. So I'd say you must be done and it's just an overburdened bureaucracy problem, eh?

It'll come...the courts are just backed up right now. At least you passed the 60 day waiting period, so now you are just waiting for your discharge letter...
