Random audit question AGAIN

Does anyone know how much of a part does a random audit play in your case???? I just got picked randomly for this audit. They are out of Ky. Anyhow....I finished it and they should get it Monday. My hearing is July 20th 09. Does it play any part it your case or what?? I'm going to call my Lawyer on Monday...cuz I have a few other questions to ask him. Thanks all....The most nervous person on here. LOL PS: Anyone else have this happen to them??????

Lots of folks here have been audited (well dozen or so I know of)

So long as your petition is truthful and the audit supports it you'll have no trouble. Basically the random audit is just a bureacratic thing supposed to keep the system honest.

Doesn't play any part. The only time it could be brought to the Trustee's attention, is if there are inconsistencies.
