I recently purchased a truck with me as the secondary and my sister in law as the primary and co signer. I am about to start the chapter 7 process. I would like to keep the truck and reaffirm the loan. If I do this, will her credit be affected and will it show on her report iic since it would be reaffirmed? any help please. Thanks.
