Can you borrow against your life insurance policy for money for your bankruptcy attorney fee?

Well I suppose you could but I wouldn't consider it a wise investment, have you considered a payment plan with the attorney, many do payment plans.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer

OP, you may need that money to help you get on your feet after your discharge.
