back from 341....

well my meeting was at 10.30 and i got there and 10 cause i always like to be early. I sat down and was listening to the people ahead of me and the trustee was in a very good mood joking around with everyone. Everyone case went exactly the same. My lawyer showed up and we waited and then my name was called, i went up and sat down and the trustee asked every question my lawyer said he would to a T!!!! It took about 2 mins and that was it, he asked if any creditors were present (none) and said ok have a nice day!

my lawyer walked out with me and said everything went perfect, all i need to do now is wait for my discharge letter. I'm so thrilled and relieved, i feel like a big weight was just lifted off my shoulders.

My lawyer gave me a cheat sheet about a month b4 my hearing of what the trustee would ask, if anyone would like me to post it let me know, and ill do a separate thread and type everything out.

I would also love to see the questions posted! And congratulations! I have just come back from our second free consultation and am feeling so much better about not making our credit card payments for the first month. Even that is a relief so I can only imagine the relief you are feeling getting through the 341 meeting.
