many people have "awaiting 341" listed on their pacer all the way until discharge; so i don't think pacer is accurate in that sense

Today is 60 for us

All I can tell you is that from the day whoever updated the information that my 341 was held and my reaffirmation on my car had been filed that the count and the amount of days has been consistent throughout.
This is day 62 for us and I will really be looking forward to this next week and hearing form my attorney.
And PACER can only report what is put on it by an entry clerk of some type. If the action is not reported it will not be there.
But the clock apparently goes into action status wise anyway when certain events are reports, hence the counting of the days under status.
