many people have "awaiting 341" listed on their pacer all the way until discharge; so i don't think pacer is accurate in that sense

All I can tell you is that from the day whoever updated the information that my 341 was held and my reaffirmation on my car had been filed that the count and the amount of days has been consistent throughout.
This is day 62 for us and I will really be looking forward to this next week and hearing form my attorney.
And PACER can only report what is put on it by an entry clerk of some type. If the action is not reported it will not be there.
But the clock apparently goes into action status wise anyway when certain events are reports, hence the counting of the days under status.

My trustee didnt file my 341 info till 2 weeks after my meeting date. 60 days counts from when the tt enters info, not actual 341 meeting date. And im in So. Cal., where many are waiting well over 90 days for discharge due to backlog. i believe you need to see the discharge posted on Pacer for it to be official, just waiting 60 days isnt good enough.

I had my 341 mtg on 4/29/09 however the date of filing on Pacer says 5/4/09. From your post above, am I correct in assuming that my 60 days will actually be up on July 4th? Which due to that being a holiday, would my 60 day be July 6th, that following Monday?
