Today is 60 for us

I checked PACER, it of course shows awaiting closing under status but also shows this is day 60 in the status.
I will assume it will take a few more days to show discharged but the good news for us is that there has been no further filings on our case so I think the discharge is now a given.

if this is day 60 then you have to hang in there until the end of the day. once the day is over with no more filings, then you are free and clear...

Yes the last filing was 4/27 which was when they updated for my 341 the previous Friday and added my reaffirmation on the car. No filings since.

hey, if your 341 was on 4/24 then your 60th day was already on tuesday 6/23. you have been 60+ for 2 days now! congratulations!!!!!

(check the notice of the 341 that says the deadline to file complaints; i bet that's 6/23)

If the 341 gets continued does the 60 day period get pushed back as well?

mike, the 60-day deadline is from the first scheduled 341 even if it gets continued (unless someone files a motion to extend it)

Yes, it probably says 6/23 or 6/24. My 341 date was on 4/29 and my paperwork states, "deadline to file a complaint objecting to discharge of the debtor or to determine the dischargeablilty of certain debts: 6/29/09"

So I bet you are past the 60 day mark. I've weaned myself from checking Pacer so frequently but I'll be checking Monday afternoon for sure. I hope my district has an auto discharge feature.

My trustee didnt file my 341 info till 2 weeks after my meeting date. 60 days counts from when the tt enters info, not actual 341 meeting date. And im in So. Cal., where many are waiting well over 90 days for discharge due to backlog. i believe you need to see the discharge posted on Pacer for it to be official, just waiting 60 days isnt good enough.

Ok. Maybe I'll even wait til Tuesday just so I won't go nuts. Even if the status doesn't change, at least I can rest like KenShirley in knowing it's over!

And as I originally stated, mine 60 day countdown started not on the day of my 341 but the following Monday when it was noted and my reaffirmation was filed by my attorney or the court.
At any rate, according to PACER, this is day 60 and that's official!
