Not picking on you. Just making a point. Let me make it another way. Are you relying on an attorney to file BK for you? Has he/she ever filed for you before? If not, why would you rely on his conjecture? He's merely speculating on how your results may be.

Nope, I filed pro se. I also find responses from people who hired lawyers less helpful to me than responses from other pro se filers. I get your point, it's just a personal preference that helps reduce anxiety for me. I'm still grateful for the resource. You have a great weekend, too!
