Medicare Premiums and Long Term Care Insurance Premiums

I assume premiums paid for Medicare Part B and D and premiums for Long Term Care Insurance can be included as "Health Insurances Expenses", both on the applicable Schedule and the Means-Test. (Long Term Care Insurance is deductible on federal taxes per IRS guidelines, depending on a person's age).
