What does this status mean?. I filed in NE on 6/4/2009. 341 meeting is on 7/9/2009. Any help is appreaciated. I am scared my creditors might grill me. Why does the status show awaiting discharge?.

They all show awaiting discharge. As for the Means for a Ch 7 you want it to say NO.

Question about Wire Transfer made

I made a wire transfers worth $25,000 to overseas 10 months ago. Is this going to be a problem at 341 meeting?. Because I have to tell the trustee, If he asks for it. I am not trying to conceal assets. That money is for paying the loans I had overseas.

Does your lawyer know about it? What have they advised?

Yes, I told him. He said money gone is gone. No need to worry and it's almost an year. I insisted that I can wait for two more months to file because that completes an year by then. He said he is not much worried, went ahead and filed. I have no assets, so we hae to wait and see what happens?. If they do not ask me the question of had i paid any one more than 600, then I am fine.
