Full of questions latley...sorry..

I was just wondering what to do in this situtation...We are moving into a rental Aug. 1. We are over 90 days late on our house...actually getting close to the 4 month mark. I have been dodging the banks calls all this time. Do I now call them and tell them our intentions to move out? We have never even recieved a NOD yet....
I know I could have stayed rent free for quite some more time, but I wanted to get on with the show........

If you want, you can let them know after you have moved out. Before the foreclosure, if the house is vacant, they will often re-key and secure the house to prevent vandalism. I don't think it will make them foreclose faster, though.
