I am in the middle of getting ready to file for Chp 7, attorney says we are about a week or so out from coming in to sign in order to file...I know he pulled our credit report, but should I pull a free credit report as well, to make sure everything is covered?

You may want to grab one and look at it. I had 2 credit cards that were not listed on my credit report and they were missed when we filed.BK Ch 7 Discharged 09/2009 | Anything I say can and should be used as friendly advice and sharing of experiences with an unbiased viewpoint.

Pull all three reports, there are often many discrepencies between CRA's.
pull them directly from Exp, EQ and TU,they will have the most detailed info about the accounts,.
Some of the third party pullers muck up the account numbers so bad, they are hardly recognizable.Comment
