if no creditors at 341, how likely is an objection or 2004?

i am wondering if no creditors show up to a 341 how likely is it that they would end up filing an objection to bk or a request for the scary rule 2004? can they do a 2004 without coming to 341?

Creditors don't have to even show up at the 341. usually you'll hear rumblings from them or your lawyer will before the 341 but they can wait til after it.

It just depends so long as you have filled everything out honestly (to the best of your ability) and haven't committed any fraud shouldn't be any problems. That's about the best I can tell ya.
