      BAPCPA - Refers to the changed to the Bankruptcy Code known as the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Not all Districts use this flag, but he helps them differentiate "prior" law (pre-BAPCPA) cases from "current" law (post-BAPCPA) cases.

        I haven't noticed them in other peoples flags though...

        is there something about one persons petition that would make it important to put that in there...an issue or concern by TT/court?

        has anyone else had that flag...what happened ?

        was something brought up at 341?

        TT request?

        discharged?

          where are you seeing FLAGS ? i dont even see any option to view FLAGS on pacer acct., am i missing something?
