Probably a stupid question....

I was going to reaffirm my vehicles, but it seems that both the CU and other bank financing my vehicles aren't working with me as I'd hoped.

Has anyone returned their vehicles during the automatic stay?

If I initiate this action, it's not violating any rules is it?

I've already replaced one vehicle and insurance on three vehicles is killing me..

So I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation....thanks!

Basically I'd not sign any reaffirmation. Then the day after discharge, stop paying, call them and tell them you've decided you can't afford the vehicle and come get it, or drive it to the lien holder park it outside and walk in with the keys.
