    Regarding "Pending status: Awaiting Closing"

Per PACER, I was discharged on 6/16/09 . Now "Awaiting Closing"? What does this mean and generally how long before the case is closed? What may keep it open? I did have a substantial unpaid consulting services invoice from a former employer that is now essentially insolvent (which forced the bankruptcy). Could the trustee still be trying to collect on this, thereby preventing the case from closing? Thanks for any guidance.

Depending on how big the district it you live it in. It could take up to 30 or 45 days for the case to be close. In pacer they do give you a time frame, if you select deadline/schedules due/set (Case Ready for Closing). CONGRATS on your discharge.
