                Did it alone

I am also going the route of doing it myself, just was wondering after you did the pre credit counseling and filed the paper work, what else did you have to do?

Hmm how is that even possible. The number of days is not exactly negotiable.

Congrats if it is the case but just be skeptical. I would assume the creditors rights under BK have been infringed if they do not get the full 60 days.

I'm glad you got the dismissal vacated. Only thing is, watch out for that early discharge. They did that to mine the day that they vacated the dismissal and reopened the case and then later it said "entered in error." That was when the UST came in and extended my 60 days. If you've already had your 341 you won't have to worry about an extension but I would watch to see if they take back the discharge and then give it on the appropriate day.
                            12/05/08 - filed pro se
01/27/09 - case dismissed and closed - 02/24/09 - case reopened and dismissal vacated
                            04/01/09 - new 341 scheduled
                            6/02/09 - DISCHARGED!!!

                              60 days?

So from filing to discharge must take at least 60 days? Is that under the new procedure? I don't remember mine taking that long last time, somethign like maybe a month and a half.
