I have a lease with Nissan which is until March 2010. (which I reaffirmed) I already had my 341 but just read in a site that Nissan may not reaffirm. If this is the case, does this mean that they will repossess my car? I am current on my payments, so I'm just worried now. I need my car. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I may be mistaken, but I thought leases couldn't be reaffirmed, it's only if you have a loan for a vehicle/property. I thought leases just "ride-through" and you either purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease or re-lease another...hmmmMay 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
