Depends on the trustee and district, could be the next day, could be a week, might not be to closing....sorry I can't be more specific
May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed. -
Our 341 was on Friday and it showed the following Monday.Comment

When i check my information on pacer, on the case summary page it has a flag for DebtEd; but I completed the pre-course and the financial management couse as well. Could it be that the court still has not received the verification of my completion of these courses? Is this something that I should be worried about?Comment

The Debt Ed flag is for the Financial Management course. It took my attorney a week or so to file it with the court after my 341. If your worried, ask your attorney if it was filed. I'm sure it's just an administrative lagFiled: 5/7/2009 :cry: 341: 6/9/2009 :yahoo:
