Rescind Reaffirmation Agreement - Amendments Required?

If we elect to rescind a reaffirmation agreement on a vehicle - are we then required to amend our expense related schedules in our petition?

Depends on district, some districts allow you to use the expense of a surrendered home/vehicle, others don't.

It would probably be best to ask your lawyer in that regard.
