Had my 341 wanted to say THANK YOU

I had my 341 today and it started at 9:00am. I was the fourth up and it lasted about 3 minutes. I filed Pro Se here in California and my trustee was very pleasant. I am in the 60 day club .

I wanted to say a big Thank you to this forum. all the sharing and support on this forum was crucial to me feeling empowered to handle this. I feel good, no great.

I am going down to the courts to file my post counseling certificate and then it is wait patiently to say hello to discharge and case closed. Thanks again to all.

341 - 11/26 went smooth NO ASSET
Took 115 days after 341 - But Finally DISCHARGED 3/25/09

May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

Congratulations!!

4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
