Is the paperwork needed to file a chapter 7 somewhere on the web were we can download and print it off?

First, I would go get a copy of the NoLo Book for Chapter 7. You may be able to "borrow" it from the local library, but can purchase an electronic version online for less than $20.
Second, you can get forms from your local District's website. Be advised though that there could be local forms that are necessary. When preparing your package, contact the Clerk of the local Court to ask if there are specific local forms and where to get them.
