When do we have to have the counceling completed? Is it before we file or before the 341? The course I'm looking at online asks for a case # and we won't have that till after we file.

There are two different counseling classes. Both will need to be completed through the course of your bankruptcy.
One is pre bankruptcy credit counseling. Must be done prior to filing.
The other is the Debtor Education. This one requires a case number. Must be done after filing but prior to discharge. -
does the trustee or anyone else see your credit counseling report ?? I.e., do you have to pass some kind of test to continue your chapter 7 case ???Filed on 7-17-09
