    PACER - History/Documents Question

Hope this post finds everyone doing great....

Question about PACER. I had my 341 meeting on Friday, June 12 and it was smooth sailing. However, now I notice something on PACER in the History section that wasn't there a day ago, but it's dated 3/31/09 (filing date).

It says "Auto-Docket of Credit Card"

Then it's followed by the rest of my info. that's been there since I filed...Filing, certificate of course completion, etc.

    Anyone know what this means?

Your attorney or you used a CC to pay filing fees.

Nothing to worry about, they are just probably catching up with their docketing status.

I never used a credit card for any of my fees, but I suppose that when I paid my attorney by Cashiers Check for the $299 Filing Fee, they in turn could have used a corporate card to pay the court. Thanks for the reply.

I believe they have to when they file electronically( use a CC)

Mine says the same thing and I haven't had my 341 yet. I gave my attorney cash for hte filing fee and he in turn paid the court fees with a company credit card...

That auto-docket of credit card is from Attorneys who use CM/ECF to electronically file papers for your case. CM/ECF is really PACER (they combined it into one system). You will also see these when a creditor's attorney files a Motion for Relief from Stay or an Adversary Proceeding (AP) or anything else that requires a fee. This is primarily because all attorneys must now use CM/ECF to file claims and papers with the Court.
            Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
