If there is a US trustee under your trustee's name in case summary, does this mean they are looking at my case? It still says meansno.

There is always a U.S. Trustee assigned to every case. That is the U.S. Trustee for the Region. The court assigns a Standing Trustee (or Case Trustee), who does the routine monitoring, conducts the 341 Meetings, and handles most of the cases. The U.S. Trustee monitors these Trustees and the cases and steps in where required.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Mine looked a little different from the rest of yours... I had a US attorney listed as one of my creditors... is that the UST?BK Ch 7 Discharged 09/2009 | Anything I say can and should be used as friendly advice and sharing of experiences with an unbiased viewpoint.

I dunno... I asked my attorney about it and he said it was probably just a lawyer for one of my creditors...but I see all my creditors listed on there already...
