What is this "Creditor Request for Notice". It is from both of my secured creditors. My cargo trailer and the Harley. I am keeping the cargo trailer, am current and intend to stay current. Only $120. a month and I use it for work.

The Harley I won't reaffirm but my BF pays the bill on that.

So is that what these are about?

The official form is a request for service of notice.

Either a creditor has sold your contract or someone you forgot to list is requesting to be put on your Matrix. It is no big deal. They just want to be included. 'Hub

I know they were both included but the addresses that they asked for information.to be sent to was different .

Usually the request for notice has a new address. Generally speaking, the new address is that of the Creditor's Attorney of Record for the case.
