Anyone loan mod after their Chap 7?

Anyone loan mod after their Chap 7? I'm curious if anyone has been able too since there appears to be argument that you can't.

Would a loan mod after discharge make you liable? I think no since it was discharged in the BK and technically can't change anything after discharge.

They also cannot modify a loan that you no longer have. Would have to create a new loan. (Was the answer I saw from someone else in another thread.)
