People who are on this forum should not be owning boats or anything expensive that can be towed. That's what got them in trouble to start with. If they could afford the boats and the toys, they wouldn't be going bankrupt in the first place.

And for what little a person uses a boat, you're betting off renting one. If you're not using a boat several days per week, it's pointless. If I only drove my car once or twice every week or two, it would be cheaper to rent a car. I use my car daily, sometimes many times per month. That justifies the $300/mo. payment. I don't see why people pay for $25,000 and $30,000 law decorations.

We all need to downsize and live within our means. People don't seem to be learning from their financial mistakes. When I first got on here and insisted on keeping my BMW, I had a wrath of people come on here and pounce on me for being stupid to keep a $43,000 dollar vehicle. AND THEY WERE RIGHT to do so. I had to wake up. So I stopped making the payments on it and now multiple repo men are searching for this car. My credit is so destroyed now... MUCH, MUCH worse than when I first came on here. I've never seen so many charge-off's in my entire life on a credit report.
