    341 done....60 days and counting

    It went smooth as could be. Acutally I was quite impressed with my attorney, everything was in order. Trustees questions for me were: Did you review all your paperwork before signing it----Is that your signature----have you sold any property----have you filed BK before.
    All vanilla.

    Hope smooth sailing for next 60 days
    May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

              May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
              May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
              9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

                We have our 341 on Monday 6-15-09 at 10:00 AM.

                I can't say I am nervous. Just kind of numb all over.
