Newest Member of 60 day club!

Had my 341 yesterday, Western Washington, TT a very nice guy. Even made some jokes! We sat and watched for about an hour before we were called and it literally took 8 min from start to fininsh. I see today on PACER - no asset and TT requesting to be discharged from case. 59 days and counting! WHAT A RELIEF!

You usually won't see this in 2 days after the 341 meeting. The prior poster is in a District where the Trustee seems to be right on top of things.

This is a docket entry, so you'd see it on your History/Documents. It will be quite obvious as it's called the Trustee's Report of No Distribution.

If you are a no-asset case, you may need to wait as many as 60 days from the 341 Meeting for the Trustee to file this report. It is usually dependent on how busy they are. They also have 10 days, from the date of the 341 Meeting, to file a notice of presumption of abuse.

Congrats... I know it does feel good. I am just there myself!

So does this mean since I had my 341 less than a month from when I filed and the fact I had the no assets and TT asking for discharge from the case in 2 business days from my 341, that things most likely will go smoothly?
