    Court hearing required?

Pro Se filing - 341 hearing on April 15. Assuming that there are no problems, I am due for a discharge in a few days. Everything is clean per PACER as far as I can tell. Will I be required to make a court appearance to finalize this process?

You will not need to appear in Court unless you have reaffirmation agreements, an adversarial procedure on Dischargeability of Certain Debts is entered by a creditor, the Trustee moves to dismiss or convert your case under 11 USC 707(b), or you are avoiding any liens or have other Motions before the Court which require hearing.

    Generally though... No.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
